The PerfectTed Birthday Cake Activation gives attendees the opportunity to take part in a PerfectTed matcha experience, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
The Event will take place on Thursday 24th September 2026 at Observation Point, South Bank, London SE1 9PP. The Event opens at 11:00am and closes at 7:00pm, or earlier if capacity and/or stock is reached.
The Event is free to attend and takes place in a public, open-access space. No ticket or registration is required for general attendance.

All items are served on a first come, first served basis. Once stock is gone, it is gone.
Attendees celebrating a birthday on 26th September may check in at the birthday check-in desk. Verification of date of birth will be requested at the desk; PerfectTed reserves the right to decline birthday check-in where date of birth cannot be verified. Date of birth is checked visually at the desk and is not recorded or retained.
The first 100 eligible guests who verify that their birthday falls on 26 September will each receive one Lola's bento birthday cake and one PerfectTed birthday gift set, comprising a matcha bowl, whisk and pouch of Birthday Cake Matcha, subject to availability. Eligibility does not guarantee receipt if the allocated stock has been exhausted.
The first 400 general guests will each receive one Lola's cupcake and one PerfectTed goodie bag, including a pouch of Birthday Cake Matcha, subject to availability and any eligibility or distribution rules communicated at the Event.
Any other gifting items and "surprise and delight" extras are not guaranteed. These items are available in limited quantities and will be distributed at PerfectTed's discretion. Not all attendees will receive gifting beyond the base experience.
Cupcakes and birthday cake are provided by Lola's Cupcakes and are available whilst stocks last. These items are supplied by a third party and are subject to their own availability and quantities.

Caffeine: PerfectTed matcha contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
PerfectTed Birthday Cake Matcha Latte: our drinks serve for the day will include gluten in both the cold foam (using oat cream) and in the base, where we will be using gluten-free oat milk. However, for coeliacs, we will have alt. milk available on offer, and we will serve the drink without the cold foam.
